Kocharyan addressed the decision to hold the meeting in private, acknowledging that he was not surprised by the ruling party's choice, which resulted in his exclusion from the session. Despite being kept out, Kocharyan remained poised to discuss critical issues affecting Armenia.

One pressing matter discussed was Nikol Pashinyan's visit to Voskepar and its impact on local villagers. Kocharyan questioned the motive behind Pashinyan's actions, particularly in light of Deputy Prime Minister Mher Grigoryan's statements indicating no immediate decision to initiate the demarcation process from Tavush. Kocharyan found Grigoryan's stance perplexing, especially given the apparent warnings issued to Tavush communities, heightening tensions with threats of war.

Reflecting on his recent visit to Tavush, Kocharyan emphasized the nationwide significance of territorial issues, urging unity in opposing any potential handover of territories. He conveyed the determination of Voskepar, Baghanis, and Kirantsi residents to resist such actions, emphasizing their combative spirit and their plea for their dissent to be conveyed to Yerevan.

Looking ahead, Kocharyan hinted at the possibility of renewed street protests by the opposition, buoyed by what he perceived as the government's dwindling popularity. He noted a recent escalation in government repression against the opposition, attributing it to the declining government rating.

Regarding the whereabouts of former President Robert Kocharyan, Levon Kocharyan clarified that his father is currently not in Armenia but remains actively engaged with the political party, participating in discussions remotely. Kocharyan dispelled rumors circulating about Robert Kocharyan's health, affirming his continued involvement in political affairs.
