ICJ Rules for Free Movement Along Lachin Corridor in Armenia vs. Azerbaijan Case
The International Court of Justice (ICJ) has upheld its previous ruling, reaffirming the stance presented in its Order of February 22, 2023. The ICJ's decision finds that there is no requirement for any modification, as indicated by the office of the Representative of Armenia on International Legal Matters.
Yeghishe Kirakosyan, the Representative of Armenia on International Legal Matters, conveyed the ICJ's directive on Twitter. The ruling mandates that Azerbaijan must undertake all necessary actions within its capacity to ensure unrestricted movement of individuals, vehicles, and cargo along the Lachin Corridor in both directions.
