Look at Armenia's 2023 Demographic: Births & Deaths, Marriage & Divorce, and Migration Trends

According to data released by Armenia’s National Statistical Committee, in the year 2023, a total of 36,265 babies entered the world. In contrast, 24,305 died, highlighting the natural cycle of life and loss.

On the front of love and relationships, Armenia recorded 16,207 marriages in the same year. However, the data also revealed that 4,525 couples decided to part ways through divorce, reflecting the complexities and changes in modern relationships.

Migration played a notable role in Armenia's demographic landscape. A total of 4,793,768 people left the country, seeking new opportunities or experiences, while 4,764,274 individuals arrived through the country's border checkpoints.
