Hosting the 2026 competition is expected to bring over 400 guests to Armenia. These visitors will include top wine experts, sommeliers, wine buyers, importers, journalists, bloggers, and researchers from many parts of the world. This will give Armenia a unique chance to show off its wine culture and rich history in winemaking.

“The wine industry is a strategic priority for Armenia’s economy,” said Minister Gevorg Papoyan. “The government is focused on growing international interest, attracting investment, and improving infrastructure in this important field. Hosting the Concours Mondial de Bruxelles is a big step in sharing our unique wine culture and potential with the world.”

The 2026 Concours Mondial de Bruxelles will not only celebrate great wines but also boost Armenia’s position on the global wine map.
