Ladaniva to Represent Armenia with the Song “Jako”

Ladaniva will represent Armenia at Eurovision 2024 with the song “Jako”.

Armenian vocalist Jaklin Baghdasaryan and French multi-instrumentalist Louis Thomas form the band Ladaniva.

Released on the official Eurovision YouTube channel, "Jako" is a celebration of Armenian heritage intertwined with global influences. The accompanying music video is a visual feast, rich with Armenian elements that immerse viewers in the country's culture.

Ladaniva's music is a melting pot of sounds, blending traditional Armenian folk melodies with diverse musical inspirations gathered from their extensive travels. From the soulful rhythms of maloya to the infectious beats of reggae, their songs resonate with audiences around the world.

The Eurovision Song Contest is set to take place in Malmö, Sweden, on May 7, 9, and 11, will be a platform for Ladaniva to shine on the international stage. Following in the footsteps of Loreen's victorious "Tattoo" in 2023, Armenia is set to make its mark once again with Ladaniva's performance.
