Tigran Balayan Appointed as Armenia's Ambassador to Belgium and Head of Armenia's Mission to the EU

Tigran Balayan has been appointed as the Ambassador of Armenia to Belgium and concurrently as the Head of the Mission of Armenia to the European Union. These critical appointments were confirmed through a decree signed by Armenian President Vahagn Khachaturyan.
