UN Humanitarian Affairs Director Raises Urgent Concerns Over Artsakh Blockade Crisis

In a critical address to the UN Security Council Emergency Session, the Director for Operations and Advocacy of the United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs highlighted the deepening crisis resulting from the ongoing Artsakh blockade.



The director's intervention came as part of an urgent effort to draw the international community's attention to the dire humanitarian situation unfolding in the region. The Artsakh Blockade Crisis has led to severe shortages of vital resources, including food and medical supplies, endangering the lives and well-being of the civilian population.
