Armenia Provides over $10 Million Interstate Loan to Aid Artsakh's Post-War Social Recovery

During an August 24 Cabinet meeting, the Government of Armenia has approved an interstate loan of AMD 4 billion (over $10 million) to the Republic of Artsakh, also known as Nagorno-Karabakh. The loan aims to alleviate social tensions and support post-war recovery efforts in Artsakh.
