Armenian American Editor Peggy Tachdjian Earns Primetime Emmy Nomination for ‘Hacks’

Armenian-American editor Peggy Tachdjian has earned another nomination for television's highest honor.

The Primetime Emmy Awards announced Wednesday that Tachdjian is nominated for Outstanding Picture Editing for a Single-Camera Comedy Series for her work on the Hacks episode "The Cube."

The nomination is the latest milestone in a career that has earned Tachdjian widespread recognition for editing some of television's most acclaimed productions. She won a Primetime Emmy in 2025 for her work on Monsters: The Lyle and Erik Menendez Story after receiving multiple nominations over the years for projects including Only Murders in the Building and Born This Way.

Tachdjian's editing credits span a wide range of hit series and films, including Hacks, Only Murders in the Building, Shrinking, 9-1-1, RuPaul's Drag Race, Keeping Up with the Kardashians and The Prom. Her work has crossed comedy, drama and unscripted television, making her one of the industry's most versatile editors.

Throughout her career, Tachdjian has collaborated on productions featuring some of Hollywood's biggest stars, including Steve Martin, Martin Short, Selena Gomez, Jean Smart, Harrison Ford and Jason Segel. Her work has helped shape several award-winning series that have become global streaming successes.
