Armenian Men’s Team Wins Gold in Moving Target Mixed Run at European Championship

Members of the Armenian shooting team have once again won medals at the European Championship taking place in Yerevan. The competition is being held at the Karen Demirchyan Sports and Concert Complex, one of the largest sports venues in the country.

Armenia’s men’s team had a very successful performance. The team, made up of Hovhannes Margaryan, Hayk Minasyan, and Gor Khachatryan, won the gold medal in the team competition. Their combined results placed them ahead of other national teams and secured first place for Armenia.


During the Championship’s moving target mixed run event, Gohar Harutyunyan won a silver medal in the senior women’s competition. She showed steady focus and strong control throughout the event, finishing among the top athletes in Europe.

The women’s team also delivered a strong result. Lilit Mkrtchyan, Arusyak Grigoryan, and Gohar Harutyunyan competed together and earned second place in the team event. Their performance added another medal to Armenia’s growing total at the Championship.
