Armenian Parliament Unanimously Ratifies Cooperation Agreement with India

The Armenian National Assembly has made a move by unanimously ratifying the agreement on Cooperation and Mutual Assistance between the Governments of Armenia and India. This decisive step was confirmed by Deputy Speaker of Parliament, Hakob Arshakyan, who highlighted the importance of fostering stronger ties with India.

In a Facebook post, Arshakyan, also the leader of the Armenian-Indian parliamentary friendship group, expressed the paramount significance of deepening relations with India. He highlighted the ratified agreement as a pivotal stride towards realizing the objectives of the "Crossroads of Peace" project.

"The National Assembly is dedicated to enhancing the bilateral parliamentary relations between Armenia and India," stated the lawmaker, emphasizing the commitment of the Assembly in furthering collaborative efforts between the two nations.
