The film Sinners, produced by Armenian-American filmmaker Sev Ohanian, won two major awards at the 68th Annual Grammy Awards in Los Angeles tonight (February 1, 2026). The movie’s music earned recognition in two categories for visual media soundtracks.
Sinners received the Grammy for Best Score Soundtrack for Visual Media, awarded to composer Ludwig Göransson for his original score.
The music was created with the help of Boo Mitchell and Eric Gales, who contributed to the film’s acclaimed soundtrack. The film also won the Grammy for Best Compilation Soundtrack for Visual Media, honoring the complete collection of songs featured in the movie.
These two awards recognize the film’s outstanding musical achievements and shows the importance of music in shaping the story and emotions of Sinners. The movie has received wide praise, including record-breaking Academy Award nominations earlier in the season, and now its music has been celebrated with two Grammys.
