TOM FORD to Open First Store in Armenia

American luxury fashion brand TOM FORD is set to open its first store in Armenia, bringing one of the world’s best-known designer labels to the country’s capital.

The boutique will open in Yerevan’s historic AOKS Building, according to Z&A, the fashion retailer that holds TOM FORD’s franchise rights in Armenia. The company has not announced an opening date.

Founded in 2005 by American designer Tom Ford, the brand is known for its high-end clothing, accessories, fragrances and cosmetics. In 2022, Estée Lauder agreed to acquire the brand’s intellectual property in a deal valued at $2.8 billion.

The company is also preparing to bring Brioni, an Italian luxury menswear brand, to Armenia.

Beyond the Armenian market, Z&A is expanding its operations in Europe and the United States. It plans to open a Sandro boutique in Budapest, while Armenian fashion brand HAYELI is preparing to launch a flagship store in New York’s SoHo neighborhood.

The planned TOM FORD opening adds another international luxury brand to Yerevan’s retail market as Z&A continues to expand its fashion business at home and abroad.
