Armenian Junior Shooters Take Top Two Places in Youth Competition

Armenia’s young shooters achieved excellent results in the youth individual competition at the European Championship in Yerevan. Two Armenian athletes finished in the top two positions, showing strong promise for the future of the sport in the country.

Lilit Mkrtchyan took first place in the youth event with a total of 366 points. Her score was the highest in the competition and secured the gold medal. 

Yana Hakobyan finished second with 362 points, earning the silver medal. Her result placed her just behind the winner and confirmed Armenia’s leading position in the youth category.
