First Armenian Front Fans March to Yerevan Stadium Ahead of Armenia vs. Turkey Soccer Match

Ahead of the highly anticipated Armenia vs. Turkey Soccer Match in Yerevan, the members of the First Armenian Front (FAF) held their traditional march.

The procession started near the National Academic Opera and Ballet Theater named after Alexander Spendiaryan. The fans released colorful smoke cylinders to the beat of drums as they reached the Republican stadium named after Vazgen Sargsyan where the game was to be held.

They chanted: Armenians, this is our homeland, this is our tricolor.

The Armenian Report was there to ask Ararat fans what they think of not having the opponent’s fans in the stadium at the Armenia vs. Turkey football game.

Every Armenian we spoke with said that the decision is positive and regardless they are there to support their team.
